so not much of a surprise that i have been feeling completely and utterly dismantled the last few days...
imagine my surprise when i go to the bathroom at lunchtime to realise i am having my first period in just over 6 months...
yep, so lets hope that the emotional roller coaster of the last few days has not as much to do with FC but with the hormonal shit that must be going on in my poor little body....
was kind of relieved actually, as i was really starting to question if i would EVER start to feel like me again...it seemed like no sooner had the black cloud shifted slightly that it would suddenly, and without warning, re-appear with a vengeance...
so vitamin b complex for me....
